I recently got my neck pain checked, so there is fusion in c2-c3 causing pain and restricted motion. my neck look like it has torticollis. The doctor will later put me on a neck collar. So my question is, how much non surgical treatments one has to undergo before ending up in surgery? And, how much both surgical and non surgical methods have chances of success?

I have pain in left leg. MRI report of left knee revealed PCL tear. After taking medication for so long still not cured. I am attaching MRI report herewith.

I sprained my bicep femoris of leg region on 13th March and now the pain has mostly gone . But in the morning i had  fever (99.5 celcius) and a bit of joint , muscle and neck pain. Is this due to sprain ? Or something else. Plz tell doctor.🙏🏻
