My surgery was done on 17th feb of mpfl reconstruction. I am still wearing braces with no pressure on that knee while walking. I want to know for how long we have to walk with braces and what is the total recovery time?

Few days back I got hit by the door on the nose...the impact was intense , for a few hours my nose was swellen and was paining and after recovering from that I noticed my nose is not the same anymore...it was a bit deformed , the sharpness was gone and it was a bit crooked...now my nose is looking very ugly. Can you pl guide if this kind of lesions are normal ? She has got no spinal issues so far . Complete blood count and blood smear report are normal. Hi, before few weeks while playing cricket I had to throw the ball from a longer distance after which my right Shoulder started to hurt for 3 days, after that the pain started to subside. I usually go to gym and after doing biceps workout the pain has increased. Doctor suggested for mri. So, a mri scan was taken and the report says: a) hill sachs deformity b) mild joint effusion c) mild elevation of lateral end of clavicle d) mild acromio clavicle joint effusion with synovial thickening seen e) possibility of acromio clavicular injury(possibly type 2 injury according to Rockwood classification). Is there a way to treat the issue without going for a surgery? As my works involves me to be actively present at the site. Thank you
