I'm facing the problems of lower back pain . I'm having this pain from last one month. I go to my railway doctor he took this digital X ray and said you don't have any issues in this x-ray I refer you to orthopaedic Dr so first I try to consult here at practo

H shaped vertabra in spine any treatment for the spine and any yoga or excercise to cure the spine structure

Some doctor prescribe shelcal 500 or cipcal 500 like calcium and vitamin d3 tablets but some doctors prescribe soft gel capsule like calcibrek Or bio d3 plus for the same. What is the difference, I mean to ask which is better??

There is a pain in my Right knee when ever I stand from a sitting position and a little cracking voice. I had a MRI for that and reports are attached . Will it cure with medicines or I will have to go with any Surgical method ?

Hi, I had a lipoma on my left feet in past . And I had gone for lipo suction in 2018. Now looks like it is increasing again.. is it possible to stop the growth of that.. instead of going for surgery again.?

From last few months, i feel like I am losing muscle on left side of body. When i sit down, i feel more muscle in right butt and less muscle of left so I tilt to left while sitting. I can feel my right shoulders and right thighs has big muscles than left. I have left lower back pain. I feel the same from face to toe that it's less muscle. I went to 20 doctors , performed tests like ENMG, blood tests, x-rays, heart,spine mri but there's nothing. I am afraid if I will be wheel chaired losing all the muscle . When i exercised on my two legs individually, next three days , there will be so much pain only in the left leg, right leg doesn't pain much. I don't know what's happening , i feel like better not live like this, it's been atleast a year and i am feeling the same.

I visited a doc and he just refer a MRI without loosing a min..(his behavior was little surprising) After little explanation when I asked what if we find nothing in MRI he said then we think about vit b12 Diffeciancy, I said doc can't we explore more this first.. Ibam confused🤔🤔.. She had Diffetiancy earlier as well... Of vitamins..
