Bone & Muscle problems

Hello All, My mom's knee remains swelled since a long time. We did a MRI long back and got to know there is a problem with muscles more and bones displaced kind off but there was very little medication given.Whenever she walks her knee pains and even the ankle sprains..can you suggest a instant relief equipment that I could buy for her or any medication for relief. Thank you

Every morning even after having a sound sleep I have pain from the back of my hip to thighs and soar pain my my knees and feels like someone is pulling my leg from knee to toe.. Can't bare the pain sometimes.. Also I feel that my bones are weak or thin.. Can anything be done or any medicine to consume to get ride of this pains and increase the bone strength?? Hii my brother is having back pain from 4 months from last few days he is having pain in left leg and buttocks he also consulted with orthopaedic doctor and x-ray was done can anyone tell is this xray is normal???

My paternal uncle from remotest area where good hospital are not available. He is suffering from knee effusion. Pls see the report. He is unable to walk with one leg. And cannot able to stand. I request you to kindly see the report and provide some medicines if possible. He used to ride bicycle extensively. And heavy weight with fluffy stomach. Hi Doctors, My husband is suffering from pain in his right upper thighs since two weeks The pain and stiffness started after sitting in same position for a long time while travelling. From Past 45 Days My Knees burning pain even in sleep and rest mode also , I was consulting number of orthopaedic doctors they simply give NSAID pain killers and neuropathic pain tablets but problem not solved, my MRI reports of Both Knees Attached please help me what is problem and how to cure , I have Vitamin D Deficiency (10.5) previously and doctor prescribed 60,000iu Syrup per week, after using that now 23.5 once uric acid levels increased to 8.9 doctor suggested febuxostat 40mg now uric acid level is 6.5 , Burning and pain kills me , no sleep some times body feels weaken please help me give your feedback

As per MRI scan below is the description Circumferential disc bulge with posterior central disc protrusion at l4-l5 level,causing bilateral partial lateral recess and bilateral neural foraminal narrowing at the same level.Relative spinal canal narrowing seen at the same level. Having pain in my lower back to right leg like sciatica pain. Please suggest the way to recover from this pain.
