I did the MRI done with the following observations 1. Small left paracentral protrusion of c5-6 disc 2. 2. Small posterior protrusion of C6-7 disc 3. 3. 3. 3. 3.Minimal Posterior Bulge of C4-5 Disc Should I take pain killers and supplements or can also undertake some exercises likentraction? Confused between allopathic and physiotherapy?

Hello doctor, I did a cliff jumping in the water and the landing was slightly wrong, It's been two weeks, the pain has decreased, but still very much there. The pain is only in my coccyx tailbone. I did hurt my balls as well, but that's alright now. Took only one painkiller that day and managing now as it is. Please suggest.

Respected doctors I am asking for my mother. She is 50 years old. Today she fell from stairs four stairs up from ground. And his weight was on right elbow and right foot. As she fell into ground we saw her. Her foot was swelling right side of foot near bone which connects fingers bones.. And lot of pain. She was unable to lift her leg.. so we applied move cream an lightly applied and then tied with cloth and took her to x ray first and after xray go to govt hospital. They saw xray and suggest to temperory plaster for 7 days and lots of medicine given. And said to revisit after 7 days. I need your advice. Which type of injury is it And how long will it take to heal and what precaution needs Pls give your valuable guidance I m worried about her

My wife unable to raise or turn your right leg . after trying 5 minute she turns but she feel very sharp pain in turning .

My right hand middle finger and ring finger got injured yesterday while lifting hot water kettle.Both fingers are paining and burning.In 3 rd Finger there is more pain between joint 1 to joint 2(joints from finger tip).Pain is more at sides .Able to make a fist but not able to do hook with 3rd and 4 th finger.
