Bone & Muscle problems

I use to be a gym person untill my inner forearm near elbow started to hurt during weight lifting .it got worst as I did lifting. I consulted an orthopaedic he prescribed some painkillers and did some blood test all were good. He asked me to take medicine for 15 days and stop after that. And asked me to resume gym after a month . I stopped going to gym after that but my inner forearm below elbow still hurts when I make a fist, hold anything in my hand , fold my arm , apply pressure on anything using my hand, and lift anything it hurts. Also it's going to be 1 year since this happened. What should I do? And I want to resume gym . How should I resume it.

When I give pressure to my chest or lift my arms when stretching backwards, I feel sharp pain and poping sound in my chest after doing so. What does it mean?

I am havingPain in the ankle for the last one year while walking. I am diabetic and have hypertension .sometime gout attack also happens .but my uric acid levels are always normal .I have taken painkillers they give me temporary relief for one or two days but this pain is bearable but still is there..

From past 3 months or so I have developed pain near and around my tailbone. Pains started with prolonged sitting but now it hurts with pushback position even within few minutes. No experience of exseesive cycling. When standing or walking, no complaints. Straight sitting posture has helped a bit. Will exercise be suffient as I have more bmi( border line more) and gained a couple of kgs in last two months.kindly suggest.

I am having knee pain in both knees slightly. I have been wearing knee cap and once it's been removed I am having pain and also difficult in climbing stairs. Recently diagonised with diabetics and started taking medicines and now under control. Kindly suggest.

WIFE HAS BEEN COMPLAINING OF PAIN IN THE AREA BELOW RIGHT KNEE WHILE TRYING TO WALK AFTER BEING SEATED FOR A WHILE. PAIN RADIATES TO THE HEEL TOO AT TIMES.. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER TO CONSULT AN ORTHO DOC OR A NEURO DOC.

Few year back I meet with accident my left hand bore, we operate it but plates in bone now I have pain in my left hand, need help for that.

I had my last covid vaccine in August and after taking vaccine my left shoulder pained for 3 days and then I feel relived. But now since 2 weeks my left soulder pains a lot mostly in morning and then through out day when I move.i have seminoma cancer history which got cured. Hence I am confused is it because of vaccine injected in wrong way or something else. Whats reason... What's cure
