I checked with my dentist as i had pain while opening mouth. Eating anything would make a sound near my ear which i thought is related to my wisdom tooth but dentist said that teeth spacing is fine, its the jaw bone that is making sound and pain. Please suggest if any self care can b done

I have degenerative disc in lumbar region, 3 disc are affected, dr told me to do physiotherapy and avoid bending or climb stairs. I shifted to house where I have to climb step to go to bathroom and I am washing dishes and have to bend a little. Now from morning I am getting a pinching pain in the back, I took combiflame but still getting the pinching pain randomly and severe pain in lower back and radiating pain in right hip.. please advise.. thank u for taking time to reply
