Dear doctor I am 45yrs old female housewife and past few months I am experiencing pain in the knees especially right knee when I visited orthopaedic surgeon nearby and made an x-ray (attached X-ray) he told me it's a normal degenerative wear but the pain in & behind my knee is consistent throughout the day. Need a clarification on the same please and can I go for PRP injection. Thanks in advance.

I've been suffering from upper back pain on left side of my shoulder from last 3 days. I am unable to move on left and right side when I lie down to sleep. This pain looks like some kind of catch or sprain. I have tried taking flexura D tablet and DFO Gel but that did not help. What would be the best medicine to get rid of this pain?

Are these height-increasing shoe insoles safe for feet for daily use? I'm planning to have 1.5 cm size. I didn't have any issues with feet so far.

Does grade 3 MCL tear require surgery? After MRI results came, it showed grade 3 MCL tear and high grade partial thickness tear of ACL. I wanted to know whether I must go for surgery with arthroscopy or can it heal on its own? If it can heal on its own then how much time would be required with proper physiotherapy and exercises?

Bucket handle tear of medial meniscus  has been diagnosed in MRI. Atached is MRI films. Can I know the severity of this tear ? Can it be cured without surgery ?

Dear Sir / Ma'am, I have developed a severe back pain since the past one week. I believe it started from the day I wore a really tight belt and may be an improper posture while sitting and working in office. My pain is getting worse by the day. I have tried with pain relief sprays, but have got no relief or improvement. Is this something serious? Whom should I consult and can you suggest some medication to reduce the pain? Was diagnosed gout 5-6 years back and it was controlled for quite a few years with diet and lifestyle changes. It resurfaced during covid treatment last year with FabiFlu. Now having pain again, taking Zyloric as per consultations in the past but not sure if I should continue with Diclomol to subside pain or some other painkiller which suits best because during covid gout was prescribed Acenac P also. Please advise.

Hi, Am facing cervical issue . Below are my symptoms: 1. Tingling, numbness in both hands and legs 2. Feeling of dizziness (like a fallen down) while walking or standing . 3 some time neck and cervical back headache (sharp pain for 5 sec after mobilization it's stopping ) Please help me to resolved such health issues

There is pain in my both leg (lower than knee). When i streched my leg then feel relief and also when i put some weight on leg in resting phase then feel relax . I also feel pain in bones of leg when we touch aur press hardly . So please advice me why is it so. And how can this problem solved

Pain in legs and in veins in legs due to over standing and walking. This issue is from last 1 year and now veins color has been changed to blackish .
