Bone & Muscle problems

I have AS (diagnosed 13 months ago) thus I have limitations for exercises, I used to jump rope and run because of which I was pretty fit. Now, I am unable to maintain my weight even after 1.5-2 hrs of walking given that I don't have unhealthy diet. I am trying my best to maintain or loose my weight but it is getting harder. My question which high calorie burning exercises can I perform under this condition? (other than cycling, swimming )

I have back pain and also leg pain ... I can't understand is it back pain or kidney pain ...so what I do I don't understand..please suggest me.

I am 26 year old, normal BMI. I am experiencing strange feeling in my back since 1 year. This generally happens in shower when I bend, I feel like my back muscles is moving and twitching. It happens only at one spot which is top left portion. I am starting to worry nowadays as I experience it even when I bend sometimes (although happens rarely). I am beginning to think there's some tumor which is spreading. I've no pain as of now. Is it due to lack of physical movement or something I should get examined for?

After facing a minor road accident today morning, my friend is feeling slight pain in his left arm now also. I have attached x-ray of his left arm.

My wife Santha (58) diabetic for 15 years and under control with tabs and insulin.She has painful trigger finger problem in left ring finger and right thumb. Few doctors consulted and nobody gives a permanent solution. Cannot stretch those fingers and even if trying, finds them very painful. Please suggest some remedy

I have cervical spondylosis and am getting treated for the same. After medicines and physiotherapy, now I am managing it with stretching and exercise at home. Sometimes I have throat pain too. Could it be because of the cervical Spondylosis?

I've had this small swelling for quite a time, it's in the lower part of leg, above feet, kinda at the longus, I've also had some very slight pain from knee to feet(with the knee or feet, just in between) it's not too painful it just comes a goes once a day or so, I also have generally right leg more muscular than the left one, I put more pressure on right leg when I stand up, is this something like overuse or is it a problem?
