Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doc. From long time  of 5 yearsI m having this trapezitis pain.from that time I m taking neurokind LC Tablets at night and sometimes I do exercise for those trap muscles. But since 2 days back after I wake up from sleep, I m not able to turn to my left side.Even if I make a small movement it's hurting a lot.This never happend before.And I took zerdol p painkiller tablet..but also the pain is not going away..What other ways can I do to reduce this?

Hi doctor ! I had kneecap dislocation and was put in plaster for a month following physio. The leg is 90 Percent back to normal. It feels a little weak but ig it will improve with exercises. Mu concern is my knee is still swollen to the size of a cricket ball even when I have started normal movements but its only swollen I don't have any pain. The injury was 3 months ago(plaster was for 1 month and 2 month physio). . Should I be worried and will this swelling go automatically or needs any treatment. Thanks for reading !

Sir This is my x ray can you circle out where is the fracture, doctor just said it is hairline fracture and they put skeleton traction in my leg and said to rest for 60 days.

My mother is homemaker and has osteoarthritis in both knees (X ray attached). She finds difficult to walk too much. Is it good to walk with osteoarthritis or should she do something else like cycling? Her weight is 59 kg and height 156 cm. She does not take any other medicines.

I was feeling random pain in heels sometimes. Also, sometimes minor tingling in my right leg mainly. Back pain. At the right side of back feeling some weird pain. I get severe stiffness in my lower and not able to bend forward or backward. It eases out as the day goes on but a small pain is always there. It's been 2 months I am having this issue. Currently I am taking physiotherapy but it's not helping much. Please suggest some treatment.
