Cracking sounds in bones
I was covid positive 2 years back and since than I have been noticing a change in my body. Prior to that I had no joints issue , now whenever I wake up or if there is any inactivity , I hear a cracking sound in my joints/bones with no pain or nothing else. It only happen when I am sitting or lying for long hours on bed. I am 28 yrs 58 kg . I do my workout on a regular basis so not sure if this is normal or not? Please advise.
