Knee crack sound
Cracking & popping sound coming from my knees when I sit and up. No pain only sound coming and day by day it's increasing

Hello . . Knee sounds can be normal . .unless associated with trauma or symptoms . Meanwhile you should avoid movements which produce those sounds such as sitting on floor , sitting cross legged , squatting , sports such as badminton , running , heavy gyming ,  etc . .

If symptoms persist after avoiding . .Get ur self checked by a qualified doctor
Health Tips
Avoid sitting on floor , in squatting position . . use normal chair / western commode
