I am suffering from lower back strain. It had happened earlier also and it took around 7 days to get relief from it. This time it has been around 15 days and even after taking medicines, pain is not fine. When I bend my back bone produces crack sound and it has happened two - three times in this period.

At 19 years of age, recurrent lower back strain is usually related to muscle spasm, ligament strain, or posture-related stress, even if recovery is taking longer this time. A cracking sound while bending is commonly due to joint cavitation or tight soft tissues and is usually harmless if not associated with sharp pain or leg symptoms. The delayed recovery can happen if the muscles have not fully rested or are being repeatedly strained. Continue avoiding forward bending, heavy lifting, and prolonged sitting for now.
