Bone & Muscle problems

A week back I fell down and my complete body weight came over my left hand. Since then i have tried heat pad, gel, pain relief medicine but my hand movement in upper direction is painful. Although i do not feel pain normally throughout the day and I am regularly working (typing office work) but whenever i try to lift my hand to  i feel pain and heaviness between elbow and shoulder area i.e  only in the upper part of arm. Is this normal for a week if its muscle pain or should i go ahead for some medication or x ray ?

Is it possible to prevent sciatica by lying down for 5-10 minutes after working for 1 hr continuously on laptop everytime? Which is better : lying down or exercising for those 5-10min?

Hello docters,gd mrng,my father is 60years old and he is suffering from the leg pain ...from the left side palm to hand...he is a chain smoker..and now my doubt is,is this is the sign of cancer or tb😭we gone consult sidha dr he told that this is abnormal and ask to take blood test...is this is dangerous?

My niece has been diagnosed with Spinal TB 20 days back and has started taking TB Medication along with daily injections. Her condition is deteriorating day by day. She is unable to walk, unable to fold her legs, unable to change position while sleeping. I want to know why these things are happening to her and how long it will take for her to walk again.

For the last 2 year I am continously working from home. But for 4 month I am unable to walk properly. tiredness while walking few minutes. Suggest me proper medicine and exercises.

Good day doctors I had a non displaced, non comminuted tibia fracture and have been wearing a leg cast for 7 weeks now. During my last visit to my doctor, he told me to try and stand on my injured leg and raise my good leg without someone holding me but I am scared I might fall or snap the leg again. How do I do this? How do I overcome the fear? Is it proper or I should wait till the cast is off. ( He told me the cast will be removed at week 8)

Right leg vein has got swelled.if she sit down for some time and stand up again then he can not stand due to pain. During travell if she sit on bike or in a car after travel she can't stand on her feet.

Hello doc, am experiencing sternum pain from 2 and half years mostly left of breast bone and also experiencing upper back pain. 1 and half year back I had done tmt, echo and i had regular ecg all are normal. Then why am experiencing this kind of pain and tablets also not relieving the pain. There's no pain in exertion. And this pain will come two days and stops and comes again. I had consulted so many doctors am not able to find what's the problem? If it costochondritis it will go within days right? But am experiencing this kind of pain I don't know what to do please help what I have to do ? Please suggest
