Hello Doctors,
Greetings. I am having facial swelling on the left side which is little and pain too. It hurts near the masseter on the cheeks. Also neck ache and left side upper arm pain. I have not taken medicines till now. It's been like almost five days I have the issue. I pressed on my left cheeks to check and the pain has increased. Kindly advise what steps should be taken. Your input is appreciated.

--.take care of oral hygiene.
-do warm saline gargles after every feed.
-Consult a dentist also.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.

--. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1 tab once a day x 5days
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab Once a day x 10 days.
-(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)
