Bone & Muscle problems

I have severe knee pains whenever I sit down and get up or stand for long time.. in the last 2 years my weight has been increased to 75 kgs from 60 I am unable to do any kind of workout coz of knee pain.. I hear crack sound in both knees and sudden sharp pains and knuckle cracking sensation.. Kindly help

I had 5th metatarsal fracture 10 weeks back.For 6 weeks I had cast and air boot for 4 weeks.Now I started walking normally with foot but it's paining.Is it ok to continue walking?

I have extreme pain in my right hip rotation area . It pains like a needle and I am not able to sit properly for more than 10 mins due to this pain. I have seen doctor also and was under medication for 15 days. But I feel no improvement in pain. In x ray report there was nothing.

IMPRESSION: Diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 with left foraminal protrusion and posterior annular tear causing compression on the thecal sac with ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. Bilateral neural foramina are narrowed with compression on bilateral exiting nerve root (L>R). Diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 with broad based protrusion and posterior annular tear causing compression on the thecal sac and bilateral traversing nerve roots in lateral recess with secondary canal narrowing AP canal diameter 9.4 mm. Bilateral neural foramina are narrowed with indentation on bilateral exiting nerve root. This is my MRI report . I wanted to know if surgery is required or it can be treated with physiotherapy and exercise

My CBC , RA factor , Uric Acid , X-Ray ( AP & lateral view ) reports are normal . Only ESR is high ( 75mm/hr ) . My problem is , I've only right knee swelling without pain , knee swelling happens when there is any pressure on knee , moderate stiffness is there . I can't understand exactly what problem this is . Any suggestions ?

When I rotate my neck towards left, it is not going fully to end then my upper back pains but at right I have full range of motion, I don't have neck pain in left only upper back pain.. Any help

Pain in shoulder back arm and anterior fold of axilla. No redness swelling etc. got my breast and axilla usg it's all normal. Applying volini helps but that's temporary. Please help

I have  low back pain and also leg weakness..i don't understand is it bone back pain or kidney problems pain.
