Ankle twist
I had put a cast for 15 days after I twisted my ankle. The X-rays were fine there was no fracture. I removed my cast yesterday and since then have been experiencing discomfort while walking. I have pain on my heel and a stiff ankle cause of which I'm unable to walk properly. Will this improve or I should I consult a doctor again .

I think you must have had ankle sprain which is causing discomfort
You should apply crepe bandage and apply ice
And start physiotherapy

If there is no fracture, you may try with crepe bandage or elastic anklet.
Fomantation in warm water and ankle exercises should help.
Consult your doctor if you don't get good results.
