My name is Azeem Haider, 43 years of age. I am suffering from mouse elbow from a very long time. Being an IT professional, I spend hours and hours on laptop. My elbow feels irritated and looks like something is not right specially when it remains in bend position. What should I take and what care is required to overcome this.

I have heel pain issues since last 3-4 year, 3 year back doctor suggest me to take prescription medecine, vitamin D, silicon heels pad, and hot and cold water shek, but still no permanent solution for this pain . Kindly help

I examined my issue with a doctor and found its elbow ulnar nerve which causes severe pain. Knw that im taking medicine as prescribed but still does cure me and not sure how long it will take.. Any one suggest the best medicine for ulnar nerve damage and also the recovery time?? I have attached the medicine which im currently taking and does not seems to be improvement. Hello. I am 30year old. I am suffering from knock knees due to which I get pain in both the knees while sitting cross legged, running (sometimes). Identified this issue 1.5years back, have taken MRI and the report also suggested an issue. Is it okay if I do regular lower body exercises, like squats, running, etc?

My mother is having pain in left arm in every 2-3 days. 3months back she had similar problem with chest pain. We took ECG and echo-cardiography which was normal. Blood test was normal.please suggest what should we do?
