Tibia shaft fracture
Its been over 120 days of my surgery and I am trying to put full weight with support now(elbow crutch). But while i practice walk I get little bit of pain on my knee which I feel its due to the implant and also little pain in my broken area. is this normal? I m not getting confidence to leave the support yet. I need some advice on how much should I safely practice to walk and what excercise are safe to increase my strength to start walking without support as soon as possible. I have attached my xray taken last 25 march. Your advice will be very helpful
