Injured my knee ligaments, this is my MRI REPORT Complete tear of mid ACL. Corticalimpaction and subjacent marrow edema in centro-lateralfemoral condyle, postero- lateraltibial condyle. Bone bruise it1 medial condyle. Grade 3 sprain of proximal MCL. Oedema in the posterolateral complex soft tissues-low grade iniury likely. Moderate joint effusion. I consulted a doctor and he advised full leg cast, for 4 weeks, is it full leg cast can heal 3 degree mcl tear, thank you

Dear doctor Greetings I am 45yrs old female housewife and I have been diagnosed with grade 2 spondylolisthesis and I have been having numbness and pain after physiotherapy the pain has been settled and now I am experiencing severe pain in calf muscle(right leg) for 2 months the pain happens especially when iam lying down or try to sleep and the physician who I am met was telling me it's due to muscle stiffness but hot water fomentation and stretches doesn't help is it due to muscle stiffness or is it due to spondylolisthesis.. thank you

1. Left arm pain : I fell on my left arm from my bike like 3 months. Initially it had some pain but gradually went away but recently I have started lifting weights and the pain of that has resurfaced and now troubling me bit more not that painful but surely cause of concern 2.Right shoulder : My right shoulder got some internal injury while playing badminton nearly 5 years ago .. so actually since than I play the smash shot or throw anything in upper arm action.
