When there is a digestion issue with me then what I have observed is that gases escape in my above lower right side back. It creates a lot of problems like free movement. It continues for 2 to 3 days to heal the damages done to my lower back. I m a student so I have to sit for long hr... When there is a gas problem then it happens. Earlier my ligament had got damaged. I think it has become vulnerable to stomach gas attacks. Pls suggest me for its remedial...

Hi doctor, I did all my scans in last few days. Heart, brain mri,ENMG,spinal cord mri, blood tests, thyroid,creatine,CBC,bp,sugar all of them. I am taking vitamin d and vitamin B12 injections. It's been 1 month since I started that. My problem is towards left side. I get left lower back pain, which radiates to leg . My left patella join feels wierd than of right, right patella joint feels like enclosed and perfect. I feel that my left ribs part is hallow, and i also feel wierd on my left cheek and neck.sometimes i feel my left cheek is smaller to right.my left body is less stiffer and bigger than right. Please help me. My left eye also feels less stiffer than right because of left side issue. Left cheek, left eye muscle,left neck,left leg top joint pain while walking and patella joint feels wierd. Before few months doc said my left patella joint is 2cm smaller but I never felt before,it happened sudden during lockdown.just to mention before lockdown I had a minor accident.pls help.

Doing work from home and siting job I am having back pain more than 1 year. Some time it is less and some time more. When I walk or stand it is fine but when I sit and work I got pain .I do stretching exercises in morning got some relief but after some time I got pain again.so what to do should I go to a physiotherapist.
