Bone & Muscle problems

Hello,I am having pain in my left heel.While walking i m feeling it more.If i sit for 15-20 min ,or after waking up from bed it feels severe. I m using safety shoes all day.& Personal footwear is ok by softness.pls advise how to resolve the issue

Due to accident I injured on dated 18.02.2022. Found leg move during walking ,also light pain observed .so use belt to stop movement & not fold the leg according to doctor prescribe . Now what can I Do.

My mother have problem in thoracic spin left side only . Area between shoulder and lower back only left side of back . Can you please guide any medicine or why this causes. She is already taking calcium tablet . Every test is done nothing comes out in xray and blood test report, but she have fatty liver ... so please recommend anything..

For my mother ,she is 45 years old and Having knee pain always while normal steps or while walking . Checked with doctor they have said Between the joint ligament issue is there . And I dont want the surgical operation wants to get treated with medecine .please advice.

Having lower back pain. Sometimes stretch pain in legs also. But there is no tingling or numbness in leg. Does it will cure without surgery. I have attached my MRI report. Please suggest.

My mom 67 years old who already has osteoporosis, got a sprain in her left knee.. The X Ray came normal.. The pain was bearable in the first two days but now it pains a lot.. She wakes up crying at night with pain.. She's icing that knee daily and eating one I brufen daily.. Still why is it paining so much? When will the pain go and this heal? Help please

Dear sir/mam I had slipped from my bike but didn't fall but my left hand held onto the bike and we continued the ride without and pain. But from next day there is a lot of pain and swelling near the wrist and I can't rotate my wrist only up and down movement is possible but not left or right. Kindly guide me as to what I could do for a betterment. Regards
