From last 2 weeks I m feeling back pain while sitting on bike...after 15 min of sitting on bike back pain started..and while climbing up the stairs knee pain..sometimes calf pain.. Done c section delivery before 10 months. What should I do

My back is aching a lot, it was lower back problem first now the whole back is paining whenever i stand straight or sit straight. What should i do?

From Past 45 Days I am suffering with burning pain in my both knees , doctors preferred all types of NSAID pain killers and neuropathic pain killers but no use , Still Suffering a lot , can't sleep when I sit or lying on bed burning knees . My orthopaedic doctors simply told try cycling and take medicines. And come after 15 days Please Tell me what's the problem my MRI report Right and Left Knee Impression are attached. Please tell me what's the real problem to my knees and how to cure

My friend has suffered from drumstick fingers He has tested ECG, lungs Xerox, stomuck galbal test also kidney,liver, heart functions are no problem these all tests are negative doctors has say  no problem. But he can't say how to cure these problem. Please tell me how to cure these drumstick fingers problem. He has constant weight and Content high there is no change in 5years.

My right ankle is red, tender, swollen, stiff and painful along with my foot. It's been about 15-20 days since I first experienced these symptoms. Consulted an orthopaedician, he prescribed medications but I have felt no relief in pain and stiffness. Only swelling has gone down a bit only if my leg is elevated. I cannot walk, bear weight on my right foot. It feels wobbly. Around a month ago, I twisted my right ankle inwards but it was only after 15 days that I started experiencing swelling and other symptoms. My doctor asked me to improve my diet as my bones are weak. But I really think I have a ligament tear or something like that. Kindly help!!

Transient osteoporosis. Subcondral insufficiency fracture was noticed in MRI. Doctor suggested osteofos 70 . I have occasional pain in teeth due to infection. Is there any issue if i take osteofos? Pl advice

Does high grade partial thickness tear of ACL require surgery or can it get healed on its own? There is evidence of focal cortical discontinuity with impaction seen in the posterior tibial plateau with adjacent bone marrow edema in the tibial condyle which appears hyperintense on T2/PDFS with small suspicious bony fragment in the adjacent posterior soft tissue plane with surrounding extensive soft tissue edema - suggestive of impaction with chip fracture of posterior tibial plateau. High grade partial thickness tear involving anteromedial & posterolateral bundle of upper 2/3rd of anterior cruciate ligament with retraction of few fibers from its femoral attachment with small bony avulsion from the tibial eminence near the attachment of anterior cruciate ligament. Few areas of PDFS hyperintensity seen in the upper 1/3rd & lower 1/3rd of posterior cruciate ligament. Grade II signal intensity seen in the posterior root ligament of lateral meniscus.

I'm facing the problems of lower back pain . I'm having this pain from last one month. I go to my railway doctor he took this digital X ray and said you don't have any issues in this x-ray I refer you to orthopaedic Dr so first I try to consult here at practo
