Lower back pain
A month ago i lifted a bag of 50kgs and i got the back pain. I took tablets from a medical and some painkillers. It got reduced but i had light pain, i thought it ll get reduced. Both Toes pain
Last one year pain started in my toes and after xray dr told me that toes bones increased so dr gave injection in toes bones so that bones get soft and reduce pain. Dr advised to use soft slippers and shoes like dr schul and sketches.
