Bone & Muscle problems

Hi doc,I have neck pain since 2 or more than 2 months where it gradually increased in 1mnth I have pain more during any kind of activity I do like sitting fr 10min where pain will be extreme and I feel numbness and kind of burning and needling sensation though I take medication it's not at all responding evn physiotherapy exercises m doing what will be the real cause??

I fell and injured my left knee. Then I do the initial treatment in the emergency then doctor suggested MRI. Now looking at the report I do not understand what to do. Can you suggest me what should I do next? MRI reports are :- • Undisplaced fracture of medial tibial condyle posteriorly involving articular margin. • Extensive bone contusion in upper end tibia and both femoral condyles. • Horizontal tear (grade Il signal) in posterior horn of medial meniscus. • High grade tear of ACL. • Joint effusion

I have severe knee pain and can't walk properly. This is from past one year. I have consulted doctor and have taken medication as prescribed, but seems it didn't work. Xray is attached.

Explain what this reports says? I am hving lower left side back pain from one week taking physiotherapy and gone through x-ray as well.. I cant undstand what report says explain plz

I recently got my neck pain checked, so there is fusion in c2-c3 causing pain and restricted motion. my neck look like it has torticollis. The doctor will later put me on a neck collar. So my question is, how much non surgical treatments one has to undergo before ending up in surgery? And, how much both surgical and non surgical methods have chances of success?

From last month my knee is paining while climbing stairs..i hv done my xray .nothing wrong on this..from tomorrow my right leg is little bit swelled, calf is paining..specially knee ,ankle and calf swelling.now I don't hv calf pain but swelling is there What should I do.
