My paternal uncle from remotest area where good hospital are not available. He is suffering from knee effusion. Pls see the report. He is unable to walk with one leg. And cannot able to stand. I request you to kindly see the report and provide some medicines if possible. He used to ride bicycle extensively. And heavy weight with fluffy stomach. Kindly help him.one kind doctor given some medication. Pls see whether he needs to continue

As per MRI scan below is the description Circumferential disc bulge with posterior central disc protrusion at l4-l5 level,causing bilateral partial lateral recess and bilateral neural foraminal narrowing at the same level.Relative spinal canal narrowing seen at the same level. Having pain in my lower back to right leg like sciatica pain. Please suggest the way to recover from this pain.
