Bilateral Sacrolitis
In 2019 I was diagnosed with Acute Bilateral Sacroilitis (Lower Lumbar Spine) The treatment worked well and I didn't have any pain, it still comes and goes but the doctor who was treating me, an orthopaedic surgeon and rheumatologist said that it will come and go occassionally and I did, just I had to done an exercise to reduce it and it worked, But now for the past 1 month the pain has been coming on and off a lot, my main concern is that my legs now are beginning to hurt really bad for the last 3 weeks and burning sensation are there, last when I spoke to the doctor he said it will happen sooner or late and advanced treatment will be needed as on steroid injections into my back, same as I took in 2019, Please let me know what has to be done Thanks

You have both disc problem as well as SI joint inflammation. Apart from medicines and exercises sometimes injections are required for quick relief. But it all depends upon clinical examination. But it may also be done by medicines only.
Next Steps

Please convey if any blood tests were done to classify ur sacroilitis. However, this ailment is usually auto immune means body itself is causing some inflammatory reaction onto some joints. Key to remain painfree is to remain flexible and moving, do some spinal stretching as well as stretches for sacro iliac joints. Local gels and fomentation will help. Avoid taking red meat n whole pulses. Take lots of fluids. If possible visit once to clinic for examination and medicines if required. I wouldn’t personally give steroids in back.
