Bilateral paramedian disc protrusion
I have my MRI report that has impression of bilateral paramedian protrusion at L4-5 intervertebral level intending exiting L5 nerve root on both side. What does it mean and how it is treated?

Do you have any symptoms of back and leg pain ? If MRI is done for 100 people routinely above 40 yrs - 30% May have similar findings which doesn’t need any treatment. For further management - go for online consultation .
