Mri shows mild bulge with left paracentral protrusion is seen in L5-S1 disc indenting the ventral thecal sac and displaces the left emerging S1 nerve root. The bulge disc also lies in close comtact to bilateral extraforaminal L5 exiting nerve root. No canal or foraminal stenosis is seen
