Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hai madam u need to undergo a physiotherapy session for ur back kindly do have a lumbar traction and IFT for a period of 7 days and follow the exercises they teach u
