Regarding my mri report

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Can any body tell me what is my problem by looking into mri please so that i can do my report Mri report : Partial disc dehydration of L5-S1 Minimal retrolisthesis of L5 over 51 vertebrae with right paracentral protrusioncausing rightlateral recess narrowing resulting in mild compression of nerve root Please help me
