Bilateral Sacroiliacs
Hi My wife was having severe low back pain for the last 3 months. we are currently living in UAE. We done the MRI and was reported Bilateral Sacroiliitis. The Rhumetologist done the HLS-B27 which was negative. The physiotherapy and pain killers didn't help. She could not stand more than 30 mins.
Now the Rhumetoligst is suggest

MRI is very sensitive and therefore may be just showing early changes of sacroiliitis and that may not be the cause of pain now.. She will have to get examined by an orthopaedician to find out if sacroiliitis is the exact cause and then get treated
