The first thing I would like to tell you is that 1 in 1000 child have clubfoot, and it is one of the commonest foot problems in new borns, but you need to see if there is any other associated conditon with it. for that you need to consult an orthopedic doctor to rule out other associated anomalies ,
The second important thing is that you need not worry, its a fully correctable deformity and the child leads a normal life after correction, but if you do not care recurrence is common
You can consult any doctor with ortho speciality as being a common problem all are trained well in its correction by Ponseti method.
Hai , I would like to suggest that for this club foot u need to visit a physiotherapist first they can advise u a proper therapy management for the kid actually it is just a three week baby so need proper care and attention
