What should be the protocol followed for boots and bar followed by ponseti method. My baby had bilateral clubfoot currently 9 months he was treated with ponseti casting and tenotomy starting three weeks after birth and is currently on boots and bar however he is very resistant to wear them

Till walking age they have to be worn 24 hours.
(70 degree approx both side).
Once your child starts walking then Dennis Brown Shoe in day time for approx 2 hours with Dennis Brown Splint over Night(12 hours) - Total 14-16 hours. This is for next 1.5 years.
Then DB shoes 4-6 hours in a day till 6-9years of age.
