My three weeks old son has bilateral clubfoot. With Covid 19 around should I wait to get the treatment done or will delaying it will cause any complications

Later stage it will strat getting stiff and then might require surgical correction .
So with proper preacution mask and gloves + proper distance maintain ,so treatment can be taken and Its opd base procedures so safe.
