My three weeks old son has bilateral clubfoot. With Covid 19 around should I wait to get the treatment done or will delaying it will cause any complications

Needs treatment now. As bone and tissue are soft . Moulding with plaster application and correction is possible .
Later stage it will strat getting stiff and then might require surgical correction .
