There seems to be degenerative changes in cervical spine.. due to cervical spondylosis.. There is a possibility of disc compression in such situation which can be confirmed by MRI.
Next Steps
Start with hot fomentation, take analgesic with muscle relaxant, calcium and vit d supplement.
