Hi I have mild lumbar spondylosis on L4 and L5 can I take spinal anaesthesia for haemorrhoidectomy surgery?

My mother was diagnosed with Chickengunya in Nov'21. But she still has joint pain and swelling on the joints. Also her fingers are turning dark. Currently she is not under any medication. However, had taken treatment for the disease. She also has weakness, but her weight is increasing. Attaching the pictures of her wrist and ankle joint. Please recommend what needs to be done and what may be cause.

Every morning even after having a sound sleep I have pain from the back of my hip to thighs and soar pain my my knees and feels like someone is pulling my leg from knee to toe.. Can't bare the pain sometimes.. Also I feel that my bones are weak or thin.. Can anything be done or any medicine to consume to get ride of this pains and increase the bone strength??
