Left Knee pain and swelling
Hi , I started to play badminton on weekends from last 1 month , lately when I play my one knee is getting swelled with pain . When I massage it with some ointments like moov etc it settels down . Please suggest . Even my feet bone above ankle on left foot pains a lot.

You may have some sprain in yout knee ligament. Usually if a patient suddenly starts any activity then it may happen. You may wait for 1-2 weeks before resuming play.
