Severe pain after gel injection
Dear doctor greetings I am 45yrs old female housewife. I had mild pain in my knee(attached X-ray) due to OA and doctor suggested gel injection it's been 30 days I got the injection till now after physiotherapy the pain has got worsening (before taking the injection I had only mild pain) but after injection it's unbearable please help me regarding the same thanks in advance.

Increase pain after intra joint injection is little worrisome. Please inform if ur knee s swollen, warm on touch n painful in most of attempted movements. If yes u shd consult to rule out some sort of infection. Please avoid taking intra joint injections in future.

Looks like u r having grade 2/3 osteoarthritis knee... If possible share both knees standing AP xray
