Is the pain only in the night or it occurs any time of the day? Is there any swelling over feet also?
Please start with massage for calf muscles and vitamin D + B12 supplements. Also vitamin E supplement. You need an orthopaedic consultation.
Next Steps

Hi,
This is due to vitamin d and b12 deficiencies. And the sooner you get your vitamin injections the quicker it will go away.
Please consult if needed
Hello
Yes sometimes symptoms might aggravate after physiotherapy on Spondylolisthesis.
I suggest you place a pillow below your knees when sleeping.
Muscle relaxant medications like Myoril might be helpful in relieving the pain and stiffness.
