hi did u consult the ortho did they hav done any investigation,better consult any physio and start the back and core stability exercise on physio ball with physiotherapy treatment. start swimming and walking

The most common cause of back pain is poor posture maintenance techniques however  common cause of calf pain could be multifold Few common causes are as follows Too much standing and walking which you would have normally not done Vit d and or vitamin B12  deficiency Calcium deficiency If the calf pain is not subsiding by rest then I will suggest to consult orthopaedic doctor in your area as soon as possible All the best for your early recovery
