I've noticed it two days ago. Whenever I press this area or whenever I stretch my body I feel little pain over here. As you can see it looks like this area is little swelling if you compare to the other side.
Can you please tell me what could be reason of this? my exams are near as I'm a student and I can't focus because of the stress, please tell me should I be worried? Pic attached

It s due to undue tightening of ur back muscles , may be due to prolonged sitting or bad posture.
Intermittent rest , local gel and little fomentation would help u.

It looks like spasm of the muscle. Give ice packs and apply diclofenac gel. It will reduce. If it does not reduce in one week get an xray of the lumbar spine
