Two months ago when i was benching in gym i got pain in the posterior side of shoulder,pain was so heavy that i couldnt even lift empty rod.next day there was no pain my shoulder was completely ok with normal day activities but when i do bench press or pec flys the pain appears again,i have given 10days rest but it was of no use..i even consulted local orthopaedic but couldn't find whats the prob,he said there was nothing in xray..im even getting clicking and popping sound only from my left shoulder..pls help
