  4. 3rd metatarsal fracture. I do now?

3rd metatarsal fracture
My third metatarsal was fractured some days ago. After 40 days of using plaster, i removed the plaster 10 days ago. But my feet is still swollen. I cant walk properly without any support. Is it normal?? What should i do now?
