Broken little finger due to getting pressed under heavy object. Please find attached X-Ray & suggest further procedures.

I've been wearing a heavy plaster cast on my leg for 4 weeks now due to my tibia fracture and recently I noticed that I started feeling this very severe pain in my thigh and hip region. I also notice that my leg also swells at night making the cast uncomfortable What could cause it? How can I reduce the pain How long more do I have to wear a cast for tibia fracture. I am 4 weeks gone

I have been diagnosed with scoliosis(mild) and from last 3 days suffering from acute pain which is also radiating upwards towards neck Not able to sit for more than 15 min. No fever nothing, just the pain at lower point of spine I have attached my xray

Good evening sir Since I am diagnosed with fatty liver I am adviced to walk more. Daily I am walking 6000 to 7000 steps. But my ankle is not supporting. Pain at ankle and under the feet. Too much tired all the feet.back ankle. Morning after wake up I feel the same, after some walking it is sitting up good.. Kindly diagnose and treat my issue Thanking you sir

I want to join indian army but I have webbed toe in my right feet so I wanted to ask that can this problem can lead me to medical rejection and what I can do to prevent this from happening in near future and can surgery be an option for that...
