My baby was fall down 2 days ago...the middle finger is swelling..then i do x-ray..plz doctor help me...there was a problem??

Had injured right knee 3 years back playing with my daugter. Always felt minor pain while squatting for 3 years. Suddenly one fine day, got severe pain while sitting leg over leg. Afterwards, there is sharp pain in squat position (at 45deg knee flexion). MRI says chondromalacia patella gr 4 and acl sprain without discontinuity. Personally feel the patella projection thinned compared to left knee which is normal. I can walk without pain, climbing down with slight pain (need to jump and climbing so that knee doesn't reach at 45deg). Doctor suggested VMO exercise,PRP followed with Microfracture if no improvement in PRP. I have done exercise+prp but not much improved in 4 months. Doctors, please advise how successful is microfracture for chondromalacia gr 4? It has a long rehab and unsure if it can completely cure. Any other ways is available to cure this condition? I came to know mosaic plasty can give the hylaine but will it work on patella surface? Your valuable advice please.

Hi doctor, My left knee is paining alot since past month or so. I've used different kind of diclofenac spray as well but I dint get any kind of relief. I feel pain from left knee to left ankle although not everytime but yes pain is a bit frequent especially in the kneecap region. I don't feel anything for right leg but for left I've used creams and sprays but did not  get the relief. Please help.

Want suggestions on this report.Please help Had wear plaster also for one month and removed it last week and got my MRI Report today.Earlier it was Partial tear with fluid streak in knee joint.

My husband met with an accident and we got the xray done for his right elbow. Doctor has told that it is a coronoid fracture (ant. capsular anvusion).He has also written in prescription that there is tenderness over lateral side and mild gap in radiocapitellar joint on xray. We have got the plaster done. But doctor has suggested to do MRI WITH CT CORELATION as well to check for ligament rupture/removal. Please let me know if it's required or plaster will help him in the recovery. Have attached the x-ray images as well. Please suggest.
