Pain in knee and make sound
From few month my knee was making sound like one bone overlapping other, and now it started paining. Please suggest me any diet.

Pain in the with making sound is a sign of ongoing arthritis. It is multipronge approach for the treatment and depends on your age , cause of arthritis , any infection all to be ruled out.
