Bone & Muscle problems

I had stubbed my right toe pinky finger on table a month back which was swollen blue and which recovered at home after rest, icing, balm etc was recovering fine and bed rest/ reduced walking but since yesterday have feeling of burning sensation and pain in toe fingers , upto ankle and slightly upto knee in night time. Please suggest medication or next steps

I get severe joint pain in the morning . I have done all the tests and they are normal . e.g. spondilitis , Anti CCP , RA factor , HLA B27 . It stay there for around an hour or so and after some body movements it slowly gets better. What can be the reason ?

Recently i started exercise and my carrying angle of hand is increased so what to do so that it will remove tell me the right exercise to do so that it will get normal is there is any medecine also required for that.

Experiencing severe back pain on the left side since last night due to a jerk. Having difficulty in bending forward and sideways.

Actually the pain from the muscle..not frm the joint...in hand the medial side muscle is paining at that time if i do flexion and extension movement cntnusly there is an crepitus heard...after that the pain disappears... similarly before 1 mnth i had suffered from viral fever from that time i had knee pain... recently i fell down so the right leg knee pain is increased..that too from the muscle wch is lateral to the patellar side from the mid thigh... similar way like elbow if do flexion and extension movement cntnusly there is an crepitus heard...but the particular muscle is cramping so tat I can't able to do knee extension movement

Hello pain in my breast fat muscle and right arm shoulder since 4 days , there is no breast lump , no discharge, no rashed skin ,,,

My uric acid level 2 months ago: 4.6 1 month ago: 6.7 15 days ago: 5.4 yesterday: 6.2. Actually from last 4 days I was travelling and consuming less water (2-3 glasses a day). I think that is why I got the 6.2 uric acid. Pain in heel, no injury history. 1) pain while sitting on the chair and work: YES 2) pain while walking: YES 3) little swelling: YES The pain increase when I got to bed for sleep. Is my heel paining cause of uric acid?

My husband is having shoulder pain from the morning. He tried moov and volini spray. But the pain not yet resolved. Please kindly help us.

How flat foot can be treated, my daughter is flat footed, the same is affecting her movement, the ankle is twisted one side.
