Upper back pain

F 28, Diagnosis-Upper back pain(just below neck) shoulder bone area horizontally...ok when iam lying on bed...when I sit or do work pain only in that area also when iam laying at night if iam moving around iam feeling pain in that area so much Medications-Many multivitamin, pain killers used Tests-All blood tests normal (Cbp etc)Vit d3 16 for which took 6 months course ,esr 28.MRI normal . Duration-since more than a year. Consulted doctor yesterday he is saying to get an X-ray done is it necessary as I have already taken an MRI instead of X-ray as I have history of 3 head ct scans one chest hrct scan 3 chest X-rays one throat X-ray all were just taken due to my fear of something serious but all were normal and one thumb X-ray due to my injury on thumb ..So iam already on a high radiation side in this small age .Plz suggest what may be the reason Note-I use mobile phone a lot while lying on bed most of the time is it due to that ...Should I go for X-ray after MRI is normal ?

Left toe swollen and painful when walkin

For the past 2 months my Left toe is swollen. I had contacted a general physician and he had asked me to get a blood uric acid test to check the level as he suspected Gout. The reading was 7. The max limit being 8. He had asked me to take a medicine for a month to reduce the swelling and confirmed that it was gout. Even after taking the medicine for a month it hasn't come down. Instead it is now spreading across to second and 3rd toe from the big toe. I am worried and need help. Will video consultation with an Orthopedic doctor help or should I visit a doctor directly? Please suggest.
