If you have instability
Over the years
You will need Physotherapy to rehabilitate the Acl
Following this, we nee to assess for instability after 6/8 weeks to see if any surgical intervention is needed
Just do knee strengthening excercises
Wait for 1 month
Next Steps
if not resolved
undergo diagnostic knee arthroscopy because can't rely on MRI report
depending on arthroscopic report further proceed to surgical or non surgical treatment
