I have pain in right knee when i bend my knee completely, the pain occurs only at one point - left side of knee joint.
I can feel needle like pain sometimes on walking and little running or climbing stairs.
MRI is attached, doc asked to perform exercise for now.
Could you please check and confirm what issue i have, as MRI says ACL sprain but i have pain in left side, can my meniscus have any issue as mentioned in MRI for denegration.
Can my problems be cured with exercise only.
