Pop up coming while doing acl draw test
My left knee is instable, I have done MRI which shows mild ACL edema, but while doing acl draw test and lack mans test there is some outward moment why is this, can anybody give me solution?

Is there any history of trauma?
It must be a partial ACL tear.
Start physio and quadriceps and hamstring stregthening exercises
In case of persisting symptoms , u might require surgery
