Pain in bone of wrist
There is a slight swelling And experience of mild pain during the movement of wrist It has been happening from almost a week There was no injury or external trauma in the region. Due to unavailability of a orthopaedic I am not able to consult What could be the reason for it Could x ray be the diagnosis for it Any suggestions for this problem?

It could be a ganglion. Fomantation in warm water should help. You may take paracetamol 500mg once a day× 5 days Review there after.
